So, does ANYONE out there have some good quality caps of any Look & Read shows??! Or can they make them? This should be possible for anyone who has a DVD edition of any Look & Read show (as well as a PC to do the capping on!). C'mon, there must be someone out there, I really want to get this t-shirt done!!!
Johnny, you're a legend and a half. Any "close up" ok sized ones of Wordy would be good plus any decent sized good quality ones of Peep Peep or Thin man. Imagine what you would like to see on a t-shirt and go from there! If it turns out good, I'll get you a shirt too!!
i Can combine good clear quialty pictures of all the look and read shows and have the look and read logo , im the samuel who created the Dark Towers backround on this site but i can make it 100% better than that so just ask and i'll c what i can do
Samuel, you are a true legend. Would be fab to get ball rolling on this one because some t-shirts would be fab; I am thinking of this:- Howz about a shirt with a really good pic of Wordy on the front, and, on the back, the dark Towers logo, possibly with an outline of the old castle beneath it? As much as I love DT, I am not happy about wearing a picture of Christopher Biggins or Towser the dog about the place so I reckon the Wordy icon on the front would be best, but I would def love a reference to either TBFS or DT on the back.
You might have some better ideas on this, your work on this site so far is A1 so I gag to see what else you can come up with, you are right, Dark Towers is a delight.
For anyone whose been following this topic, you HAVE to see the L&R print designs Samuel has made. They are sheer class. He has even managed to get the entire cast of "The Boy from Space" on one with a deeply eerie picture of The Thin man <gulp>

If you fancy sending them my way, I can display them in this thread, they sound absolutely fantastic.
Do you think there would be any point adding a section to the website with large pictures specifically for putting onto T-shirts? I have to say I've no idea how getting piccies onto clothing works, nor can I do good-quality large video grabs myself, so it'd rely on getting help from here...
I seem to be dictating how the images go to poor Samuel (whose worked so hard, I keep changing things, he must hate me!), he's just added some very icy caps of Peep Peep to the mix, all will be revealed soon! His BBC logo of Wordy is totally brilliant, as is the way he's combined TBFS characters onto one simple design. I am concerned about turning his nice designs into something too complicated and, er, wordy (no pun intended) but we're almost there.
(to be honest, I think Samuel is actually more of a Dark Towers man as I think I previously said but there you go!)
Rather than adding the prints to the site, I think what I'll do is get a photo printed of the 'actual' shirt when we decide on final design and then have a picture put on here of someone (me, maybe?!) wearing it so you can see what a fab job Samuel has done!!
AND THEN, if anyone wants one for themselves, well, erm, er, that's a whole other message board topic I think! BEN: IT'S TIME TO GET RICH!!
i have made some white copys of the images so they can be put on the white shirts but they dont seem to send. It might work if you cleared your inbox(hope im not being pushy) then it might send because the one's i made before hand were not attuall black they were grey so i thought it would go perfect if they were white.
I dont hate you and i dont mind doing this kinda stuff it's fun for me .
