I'm new here to posting, but have been following the site for some time.
I was wandering if anyone here has ever met any of the stars from their favourite Look and Read stories - if so, who and where?
A good place to keep your eye out for them would be at the rep season of your local theatre.
Many TV stars from the 70s and 80s era were trained for both stage and screen, and you find as they get older they usually prefer to go back to their roots on the stage (look how many of the ones still alive do not have any TV credits after certain years...).
Anyone who's a keen theatre-goer should keep their eyes peeled...

While that theatre tip sounds good for former L&R grown-ups and baddies, how many L&R kids are still going at acting? There must only be a handful. I have heard that L&R producers were always particular to NOT treat the kids like future professionals, but just as kids doing a bit of acting for a few weeks then going back to their lives - it was meant to be a bit of fun that you do once then leave behind rather than a springboard to a career on stage or screen.
