Yes Fred, as I've found out to my cost certain internet pirates outwith this forum may supply Look and Read stories on very poor quality discs and take weeks to ship them. See the various "where are you Fred" postings which have taken over this site. Also you record all the episodes onto one disc in a very poor recording quality which makes them very unwatchable, and don't even supply a DVD box which is obviously because you don't supply pirate DVDs in the first place. I think you've got the wrong Fred as there is at least one other lurking on here. I also definitely keep my personal copies in DVD boxes and NOBODY has ever raised the issue of quality with me either!
