Or at least episode one was at 9.30 this morning.

At least they're slightly better at time keeping this year!

Yes sadly the second episode was the original Sky Hunter as well. Least it was sign Language free unlike the rest of this mornings prgrammes.

Bah!

Two years ago it would have been absolutely, unbelievably fantastic of them to go back and repeat the old version of Sky Hunter when a more modern version was available (imagine if they did that next time CBBC wants to repeat Stig of the Dump of Children of the New Forest or something else that's had a recent remake) but these days it's old hat!

I'm sure they MEANT to be showing Sky Hunter II though, because it's only very recently been added to the Programme Guide website. Maybe something went wrong like they lost the tapes or something, or maybe whoever sorted out the actual broadcasts got mixed up & put the wrong programme out...?

I actually think it's quite good to see the original! :)

OK, here's the definitive answer:

They had intended to be showing Sky Hunter II this week, but somebody obviously didn't notice the "II" bit and put the wrong information into their "transmision database" - and they've ended up repeating Sky Hunter again by mistake. Simple human error is all it was.

Sky Hunter II is going to be rescheduled for the summer term on CBBC - they definitely are intending to show it.

Well, I was glad it was the original, as I've been dying to get Freeview for ages, partly so I could watch the LaR repeats. As Dark Towers (I think) isn't on until March, I was feeling a bit down about having to wait so long to see something I watched at school.

I have to say, I watched a few episodes of Earthwarp, and was not impressed with the re-working of Think Big at the Beginning, but was quite surprised to see the guy that plays Eddy, Joan's husband, in Early Doors in it. He's been in a few things on TV lately, but I've never seen him in anything earlier than Early Doors, until I saw Earthwarp.
